This card came up only a few days ago when I thought I might have been pregnant. It gave me great hope, but then the next day, I got my period (4 days late), so it is interesting to see the card return to me today. My interpretation is what I've been suspecting - that I was 4 days late so that my cycle would be in a better position when James is home.
Today's card: Damara.
Damara's description: Guiding children. You are good at helping, counselling, and healing children. Use your skills to help children now. One can be gentle and a fierce protector simultaneously. My vigilant focus on keeping harmony withing households stems from my desire for children to maintain their youthful awe and sense of wonder. How else will we ensure that they'll see and speak with the fairies? How else will we foster the continuation of children's healing laughter? Join with me in guiding the children, and you'll see your own imagination sparked by these amazing young beings. Your own enthusiasm and youthful spirit attracts the children's respect and attention. I'll lead you toward young people who can benefit from your help.
Damara's meanings: Spend time with, or have a heart to heart talk with, your own children. Get into a career involved with helping kids. Volunteer with young people. Know that children will be coming into your life soon. You will be a parent. Take care of your own inner child through play and laughter.

Sabbats
While I'm still umming and ahhing about declaring myself as a Wiccan, I'm interested in the wiccan sabbats and have found it a bit tricker to find information on the southern hemisphere dates (since we're opposite to the northern hemisphere). So, after stumbling on this little gem, I thought I'd paste it in for my future reference!
Samhain - May 1
Pronounced "sow-in" and is Irish-Gaelic for "summer's end".
Other names: Samhuin, All Hallow's Eve, Samhraidhreadh, Halloween, (Old) Hallowmas, Witches' New Year
Lore: The God is dead, having given His energy to the Earth in return for our harvests. He has become Lord of the Underworld, resting there and waiting to be reborn, while the grieving Goddess has become the wise Crone - She is preparing Herself for the rebirth of the infant God at Yule. Winter begins and the Earth goes into hibernation - this is a time of death and darkness.
Keywords: Third harvest, death, the circle of life, wisdom, old age, sleep, hibernation.
Botanicals: Pumpkins, apples, thyme (associated with departed souls), rosemary (for remembrance), mugwort, allspice, catnip, deadly nightshade, mandrake, oak leaves, sage, poppies, straw, turnips.
Colours: Orange, black, dark purple, gold.
Samhain is the Witches' New Year and the first of the balefire holidays. Originally, Samhain was a Celtic festival marking the end of the summer and the coming of the barren winter - for Wiccans, it marks the death of the Lord and the start of a new rotation of the Wheel of the Year. This is a time for fireworks, sparklers, bonfires and night-time celebrations, and a time to both say farewell to the old year and welcome the new. The Druids would kindle bonfires in which the people would symbolically burn away symbols of frustrations or anxieties they had experienced in the preceding year. The ancient Celts believed that on Samhain night fairies would be out and about making mischief - people left treats on their doorstep for these sprites in the hope of avoiding their tricks, and this is the basis of the traditional Halloween 'trick or treat'.
On this sabbat, we hold celebrations to honour the dead and the Ancestors. At midnight on Samhain, the veil between the land of the living and the realm of the dead is said to be at its thinnest: the Ancestors can pass through this veil to walk upon Earth once more, so it is common to prepare a Feast for the Dead on Samhain night, when extra places for the dead are set at the table and offerings of food and drink are left for the spirits. Some Witches also hold a 'dumb supper', a meal during which no-one speaks - the time is used instead to remember loved ones that have passed on. Candles are traditionally burned at each window of the house, to guide friendly spirits home and keep away unfriendly souls.
Wreaths are also commonly found on Witches' doors, as a marker to wise ones that a Witch dwells within.
The powers of divination (particularly scrying) and supernatural communication are strengthened on Samhain night, and it is considered a powerful but dangerous time to communicate with lost loved ones. Samhain is a good time for banishing and sorting out unfinished business.
Altar decoration: Jack-o-lanterns, gourds, and autumn foliage are ideal, as are the barks of trees that are 'awake' (non-deciduous trees), photos of dead loved ones, black candles.
Yule - Between June 20 and 23
Yule comes from the Nordic word "iul" meaning "wheel”.
Other names: Jul, Alban Arthan, Yuletide, Fionnain, Solstice Night, Feill, Winter Solstice
Lore: The Lady labours through the longest night of the year, giving birth to the Lord at dawn and beginning her recovery. Lights and candles are left burning to guide the Lord from the Goddess' womb and to symbolise the return of the Sun, bringing light to the Earth. The long, cold nights are shortening and the days are getting longer and warmer.
Keywords: Rebirth, reincarnation, depth of darkness, turning point, remembering light in darkness, festivity, generosity, merriment, warmth, mother & baby, wonderment, joy, mystery.
Botanicals: Holly (masculine), ivy (feminine), mistletoe (fertility), cinnamon, pine cones, cloves, nutmeg.
Colours: Red (the Goddess' menstrual blood), white (the God's semen), green (plant kingdom), gold (the Sun).
The second balefire holiday, with the fire usually taking the form of a Yule log - from a special species of tree, or part of the Maypole from Beltane. Yule logs are burned from dusk on the Winter Solstice till dawn on the following day to symbolise the return of the Lord and the Sun. The log should traditionally be from a hardwood tree and in Australia mallee roots, Victorian ash, Tasmanian oak and Eucalyptus (to name a few) are ideal for this purpose. The Yule log is burned down until only a small piece remains, which is saved and kept to be used as a lighter for the following year's Yule fire - in doing this, the Yule fire is symbolically reborn each year as well.
This is a turning point, a point of change, where the tides of the year turn. At this time of the year, no matter how cold it may be, there is a glimmer of spring in the distance. The shortest day of the year has come and the next festival on the calendar is Imbolc, which marks the beginning of Spring.
At Yule, homes are decorated with evergreen, non-deciduous trees, and gifts are given to all family members and all who pass the threshold to symbolise the gift the Lady has bestowed upon the Earth.
A good time to do workings for peace, harmony, love, and increased happiness.
Altar decoration: A small white candle inside a cauldron on the altar (symbolises the return of light from within the Goddess' womb), pine cones, symbols of the Sun, wreaths, nativity scene (representing the Mother, Father and infant Sun God), red/green/white candles, evergreens, acorns, nuts, apples, cinnamon sticks, reindeer.
Imbolc - August 1
Pronounced "im mol'c" and means "in the belly" (Gaelic) as life begins to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.
Other names: Candlemas, Imbolg, Oimelc, Brigantia, Bride's Day
Lore: The Lady continues her recovery. The Maiden is awakening within Her as spring blooms upon the warming Earth. The God is the Prince - young and growing. The Sun is brightening and chasing away the last of winter's cold.
Keywords: Light, bright, change, initiation, infancy, dawn, new growth, creativity, learning, purity, cleansing, new beginnings, hope, spring cleaning, banishing winter season.
Botanicals: Violet, lavender, wattle, basil, blackberry, heather, iris, cedar, leaves from evergreen trees.
Colours: White, green, lavender, yellow, pink, brown. Imbolc is the celebration of the imminent arrival of spring.
Homes are decorated with garlands and fresh native flowers and thanks are given that warmth is returning to the Earth. The buds and new growth of spring are starting to become visible. Imbolc is a celebration of all that is fresh, new and young.
Appropriate rituals for this holiday include celebrations of the Sun or Brigid and the light and inspiration they provide (such as lighting every room in the house for a short period of time after dark), as well as initiation and Goddess dedication rituals. The goddess Brigid has three spheres of influence - inspiration, healing, and smithcraft - which She shares with Her followers on this holiday. This is an ideal time to divine your future through tarot, runes or trance. You may also draw upon the growing strength of the Sun to provide inspiration for your growth.
Light and candles should adorn the ritual area - celebrate, the Earth is awakening from Her winter sleep!
Altar decoration: Red/pink/brown candles, bread, corn dollies, spring flowers, seeds.
Ostara - Between September 20 and 23
Pronounced “oh-stah-rah” (’oh’ like “hostage”).
Other names: Alban Eiler, Eostr, Lady's Day, Spring Equinox
Lore: The God and Goddess are both youthful, vibrant and innocent. Everything is growing and maturing. As the days grow longer, the God and Goddess begin to wonder about each other.
Keywords: Awakening, strong growth, resurgence, renewal, transformation, change, energy, hatching, budding, egg, rabbit, bilby.
Botanicals: Daffodil, primrose, lemongrass, honeysuckle, spearmint.
Colours: White, pastel yellows and greens.
Ostara is a celebration of life and fertility. Symbols include fertile animals (rabbits) and eggs - a symbol of new life and new beginnings. The festival is associated with Venus, the Goddess of Love and also with childhood and new life. Ostara is the Norse Goddess of fertility and she is also honoured on this day.
It is one of the two annual points of equilibrium and balance. Ostara is a time for collecting wildflowers, and baskets of flowers are traditional. Also traditional are hats and bonnets decorated with flowers and feathers.
During this time, the snow begins to melt away, the days are warmer and longer. Looking around we see new birth everywhere, from homes on the hillside to the animals in the fields. Life has begun again. This is the time to plant the seeds of flowers, herbs and veggies and to buy a new ritual broom.
Altar decoration: Spring flowers, nests, decorated eggs, nuts, seeds.
Beltane - November 1
Pronounced "bell-tayn". The word either means "Bel-fire" in honour of Belanos the Sun God or it breaks down tobel ("bright, shining") and tane ("fire").
Other names: Bealtaine, Bealtainne, Festival of Flowers, Beltain, Beltaine, Walburga
Lore: The God and Goddess have matured, becoming young adults. The Lord and Lady fall in love and They enter into marriage and sexual union - as a result of this, the Lady becomes pregnant by the Lord. The Earth is fertile - full of growing things in abundance.
Keywords: Excitement, desire, fulfilled anticipation, sensual, sensuous, abandoned, sexual passion, creativity, fertility, life, liveliness, creation, warmth, promise, beauty, blossom, exultation, the growth of bright sunshine, the intoxication of the senses, aspiration, expansion, greenery.
Botanicals: Apple, jarrah, oak, lilac, rose, strawberries.
Colours: Green, warm pink, bright blue, lemon yellow, red, white.
The third balefire holiday. Beltane is the festival of the Sacred Handfasting, and is the time of the year when sexuality and fertility are recognised and most revered. This is the festival of the Great Rite - of sexual union between Goddess and God. At Beltane balefires it is traditional to leap the fire for luck, especially for young couples and newlyweds. Other festivities at Beltane include bobbing for apples, and sharing in seasonal fruit. As the season of fertility, a Maypole is erected and bright ribbons are hung on and wrapped around it. The Maypole is a phallic symbol and represents the masculine, while the soft coloured ribbons are the feminine. The union of the two symbolises the union of the God and Goddess. It is legend that children conceived at Beltane were gifted by the Gods.
Beltane is a great time for new beginnings, and an excellent time to start a coven, or initiate new members. Consider this time for wiccanings and handfastings, as well as new beginnings generally. This is the time to fertilise your dreams with action.
Altar decoration: Symbols of fertility, candles in the fresh pastel colours of spring, large candles (represent balefires).
Litha - Between December 20 and 23
Pronounced “lee-tah” (Saxon). It is translated to either 'light' or 'moon' refers to the 'opposite of Yule'.
Other names: Midsummer, Feill-Sheathain, Summer Solstice, Alban Helfin
Lore: The Lord and Lady are at the height of Their powers. The Goddess is pregnant and glowing and the God is the majestic, protective King - They are King and Queen of the lush, fertile Earth. The days are at their longest and the weather its warmest.
Keywords: Peak, warmth, light, sweetness, flowers, colours, fullness, joy, turning point, beginning of descent.
Botanicals: Lavender, chamomile, rose, daisy, lily, Sturt Desert Pea, lemon.
Colours: Gold, yellow, red, orange.
The fourth and last balefire holiday. Litha falls on the Summer Solstice, which is the longest day of the year, and a time of joy and strength of light - as such, balefires were lit to celebrate the light of the blazing Sun. This is also the time when the inevitable journey towards the darkness begins again, as the days can only get shorter now.
It is a time when all things are possible, and the sprites and faeries of Midsummer Night can cause mischief in the mortal world. It is considered that the veil between the immortal and mortal worlds is thin at Midsummer, and that time can be stretched and twisted as the worlds are drawn closer together.
A good time to perform love, growth, empowerment and healing magick and to communicate with faeries and sprites.
Altar decoration: Sun images, candles or votives, fresh fruits, gold/orange/yellow flowers, roses, symbol or picture of Earth, dried herbs, potpourri, seashells.
Lammas - February 1
Pronunciation is as it sounds and is Anglo-Saxon for "loaf-mass".
Other names: Lughnasadh, Cornucopia, The Feast of Bread, Thingtide
Lore: The Lord grows old and ethereal, becoming the Elder - as the crops are cut down, so are the days of His life. He is weathered and beginning to weaken. The Goddess is the Mother, heavily pregnant with the infant God to be reborn at Yule. All the growing is over and the harvesting has begun.
Keywords: First harvest, abundance, richness, fruitfulness, afterglow, the beginning of the end, generosity, celebrating gifts, lazy, sacrifice (something must die in order for something to be born), turning towards darkness.
Botanicals: Sandalwood, rose, grapes, heather, sunflowers, grains.
Colours: Red, gold, orange, brown.
Lammas is the traditional time of Harvest, and preparation for the coming winter months. Lammas is awareness of the approach of winter, and thanksgiving for the year's harvest. All crops associated with bread are sacred to this time, in particular barley. The drinks of the season are beer, ale, cider, and all things brewed.
Lammas begins what is called "the chase of Lugh". Lugh is the Celtic Sun God and He grows within the crops, living within the golden fields. This is the time of the first harvests. At this celebration we give thanks to the Earth for its bounty and beauty. It is from these harvests that we eat through the upcoming winter. Honouring the God Lugh, games and sports are played to celebrate strength and good health. This is a time to harvest the dreams planted earlier in the year.
While Lammas can be considered a time of thanksgiving for the bountiful harvest, the overriding theme is one of sacrifice - in that something has to give to make way for something else. The Sun's strength begins to wane and the plants of spring begin to wither and drop their fruits or seeds for our use, as well as to ensure future crops.
Altar decoration: A loaf of handmade bread, a wooden bowl filled with fruits and vegetables, rice, grains.
Mabon - Between March 20 and 23
Pronounced "may-bon" and is a Welsh word meaning 'son'. Usage of this word is apparently recent and not attested historically.
Other names: Harvest Home, Modron, Autumn Equinox, Winter Finding, Alban Elfed
Lore: The God has died and the Goddess, growing old and becoming the Crone, mourns His loss. The Earth has received His body and given up the last of the harvest - He has sacrificed Himself, giving His energy to the Earth, so that we may enjoy the fruits of the harvest. Leaves are falling from the trees and the Earth is preparing for the long, cold winter without the light of the Sun.
Keywords: Second harvest, delicacy, mystery, crossroads, full storerooms, fading, preserving, selecting, turning inwards, dreaming, mists, migration of birds, giving thanks, planning farewells, gathering, reflecting, "know thyself".
Botanicals: Apples, wheat, blackberries, nuts, hazel, corn, oak, wheat, maple syrup.
Colours: Orange, dark red, yellow, brown.
Mabon falls at the Autumnal Equinox, when nights and days are of equal length, but light bends increasing towards darkness, and winter is on its way. It is a time of balance, and a time of looking forward to and preparation for the winter. Now the "chase of Lugh" ends with the felling of the last shaft of grain.
At this time food is prepared for storage, jams and pickles are made, and fruits are candied and preserved. Long-keeping plant foods are a traditional food for Mabon. It is also a time to walk among the gum trees, smelling the resin and the eucalyptus oils in the air, and gathering oils, barks, plants and herbs to be dried for culinary, medicinal and magickal purposes.
Altar decoration: Acorns, pomegranates, pine cones, cypress cones, baskets of fallen leaves, water, bark, root vegetables.

Chakra meditation
Another gem from spiritual.com.au - this meditation has always been rewarding to me and very powerful. I can feel physical sensations when I do this.
Lie or sit in a relaxed and comfortable position, as you would for any meditation. Your spine should be straight and your head in alignment with your body. This meditation is in script mode, should one want to tape it and listen to it while performing the meditation. It is preferable to learn about energy and the methods of balancing, cleansing and charging the chakras and allow one's own inner voice to lead the meditation. The following is just one way of performing this balancing. Allow your meditations to evolve and to reflect your individual values and beliefs. If taped, a slow, deliberate pace should be used with a mild voice and the appropriate pauses. The body should already be relaxed and the mind tranquil when beginning this meditation. Eyes are closed.
"Now that you are relaxed and feeling very much at peace, take a moment to ground yourself here in this moment, in this body, in this place, in this time......Take some deep breaths....In.... and out....In....and out....Follow the breath as it flows toward your nostrils, as it enters your nose, as it fills your lungs and then as it is expelled. That's it, just relax into this quiet moment. Breathe in...follow your breath... and out. In....and out.
Feel where your body meets the (chair/bed/floor). Become aware of your body from head to toe, of your weight, of the heaviness of your limbs. Now focus on the area at the base of the spine, the area between your legs. This is the root chakra. It's energy is red, and it governs your physical body, your physical health and vitality. In your mind, study the appearance of this chakra...note it's color and vitality. Mentally envision the chakra and note any symbolic symptons of dis/ease. Have you been caring well for your body? If your chakra is dusty, dirty, torn, or otherwise less than a perfectly brilliant red whirling vortex, imagine your hands (or those of a guide) working on the chakra. If it is dirty, clean away the dirt and throw it into an imaginary pail with a lid. Allow those hands to repair any imperfections, and when the chakra is clean, mentally take the pail and hurl it into the sun. Watch it as it travels through space and then bursts into a zillion bits of energy upon solar contact. Allow the sun to recycle this energy back into the universe.
Now turn your attention back to the root chakra. It is a clean and red. You are surrounded by infinite root energy. Imagine the room glowing red with this energy, feel it's strength and power. See red swirls of energy flowing to your root chakra. You can feel this as a tingling as the energy fills your root chakra. As the energy swirls in your chakra grows large and deep red and strong. Allow the energy to fill your chakra until it is so vital that it extends several feet out from your body. In your mind you can see your root chakra, a brilliant red swirling vortex of physical energy.
Now turn your focus up to your abdomen, to the area of the "womb." (Or where the womb would be if you're a man). This is the orange chakra, that which controls clear thinking and creativity. Take a moment to observe the chakra. Note it's color, it's vitality. Is it clean and strong? Or is there work to be done here? Allow those invisible hands to cleanse the chakra, to repair or heal it. Discard any imperfections in the pail, and send the pail to the sun to recycle the energy. Now focus on the orange chakra again. It is now clean and whole, and a bright orange. Call out to the universe for orange creative energy and feel the space around you begin to glow orange. With a tingle you feel the energy begin to swirl into your chakra, charging it with vitality, with creativity, with clear-thought. Watch as your orange chakra grows and whirls, until it extends out from your body for several feet, just as the red root chakra is still whirling and strong.
Now, turn from the red chakra, up through the orange chakra, to the solar plexus. This is the heart of the yellow chakra, that which governs will and ambition. Take a few moments to examine this chakra. Note it's color and appearance. Have you been lazy of late, or perhaps too driven? Examine your will through this chakra. Allow the invisible hands to cleanse the chakra and heal it, discarding any imperfections or impurities in the pail. Send the pail to the sun for recycling.
Now return your attention to the yellow chakra, that of will. It is now clean and a bright yellow. 'Universe, send me yellow energy, will energy, energy to achieve my goals, to work for that which I value and desire.' Feel the yellow energy surrounding your body, and with a tingle feel the energy swirl into your solar plexus. In your mind you can see your red/root chakra glowing, whirling, your orange/womb chakra pulsing brilliantly, and your yellow/solar plexus chakra glowing strongly, extending several feet out from your body.
Now turn your attention to the middle of your chest, to the heart chakra, the green chakra. You may feel an instant wave of emotion. This chakra governs your feelings, your emotional connections to others and to the universe, to life itself. Examine this chakra. Note it's color, vitality, any impurities. Gently allow those invisible hands to cleanse and purify the chakra. Reflect a moment on how you've been feeling emotionally lately. Are there bindings holding in pain? Or is the chakra tight and hard with anger? Release any tensions, imperfections or impurities to the pail. Send them to the sun for recyclying. They are still yours if you choose to hold them, but for now, release any pain or anger.
Now focus back on the heart chakra. It is clean and a beautiful green color. It whirls strongly and evenly. 'Universe, send me green energy for my heart! Open my heart to the world, to all beings big and small, with compassion for our shared experiences and journey. Fill my heart with love energy, that I may in turn give love to others.' Feel the green energy whirling into your heart. Watch the chakra grow and glow and spin with this new energy. From the red chakra through the orange chakra through the yellow chakra through the green chakra, your chakras are cleansed and charged and huge with energy.
Now focus on the throat, center of the blue chakra which governs communication and personal magnetism. Examine the chakra, noting the color and any imperfections... Perhaps you haven't been honoring your own beliefs and speaking out when you should. Or perhaps you've been talking over others, or not listening well. Perhaps you've been feeling shy and afraid to extend your energy in communication. Allow the hands to heal and cleanse the chakra and when finished, send the impurities to the sun for recycling. Now the chakra is clean and strong and bright blue. Feel the air fill with blue universal energy. Feel the throat open as this energy swirls into the throat chakra. This energy charges your aura with magnetism, drawing others to you. Feel your throat open with this swirling, strong blue energy.
Now focus on the middle of your forehead, the third eye. This chakra is indigo and governs psychic vision and intuition. Examine the chakra for imperfections. Perhaps it is locked up due to fear. Perhaps it no longer spins out of neglect/stagnation. Allow the hands to cleanse the chakra, to heal any imperfections and recycle them in the sun. Now look at the chakra. It is a beautiful deep indigo, clean and whirling. There is psychic energy available to you beyond measure. Feel it charge the air, swirl in and around and fill your third eye chakra with deep, vital indigo energy. Feel the third eye open, and note any mental visions as this occurs. Now is a good time to pray for increased psychic power. Note the red/root chakra, the orange/womb chakra, bright, strong, big! Move your attention up to the yellow/solar plexus chakra, to the green/heart chakra, open and brilliant, to the blue/throat chakra and the indigo/third eye chakra. Your chakras are huge, whirling, and fully charged.
Now focus your attention at the crown of your head. This chakra is violet near the body, fading to white further away. This chakra governs your connection to the universe/God/Goddess/The Creator, etc... This chakra is like an umbilical cord to "home." Reflect on your spirituality of late, examine the chakra and allow any healing needed. In my experience this chakra generally needs much less work than the others. Allow the hands to heal, to cleanse, and recycle the discarded energy in the sun. Now examine the chakra. It is brilliantly violet, glowing white around the outside. Mentally reach out to that which you consider your "source..." to "God" or the Universe. Feel the response, the energy flowing back to you. Pray for the peace and joy of a strong crown chakra connection. Feel the violet energy flowing in, a loving embrace of your whole self, of your soul. See the crown chakra grow enormous, and the white energy surround your body.
All your chakras are now clean, charged and in balance. From the red/root chakra, to the orange/womb chakra, to the yellow/solar plexus chakra, to the green/heart chakra, to the blue/throat chakra, to the deep purple/third eye to the violet/crown, your chakras are spinning and whirling, full of energy and vitality. See the white energy that extends up and out from the crown chakra enveloping your whole body in a egg of white energy. You are completely refreshed, calm, and peaceful. Your energy is balanced. You are full of vitality.

Daily Goddess Card Reading
I've started doing daily readings with my Goddess cards, simply asking them "what do I need to know today?".
Today's card is Lakshmi: Stop worrying. Everything is going to be fine. You and your loved ones will be protected and provided for. Let go of any "bag lady" fears about your future. Hold positive thoughts and intentions. Know that you'll always have your needs met, now and in the future. Don't worry about money, but instead, visualise abundance.

Card Readings - 12th June 2009
Tonight I've decided to do three card readings.
The first deck was my Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards. I feel a strong connection to these cards and find myself using them for guidance all the time. Tonight I asked them to tell my about my past, present and future.
For my past, I got the Oonagh card: Easy does it. Don't worry about your purpose or your goals. Make no sudden moves. Slow, steady progress is best right now. Ease into your new life instead of rushing into it. Do your new work as a part time venture to begin with, while slowing exiting your old career.
For my present, I got the Hathor card: Receptivity. Be still and listen. Release guilt about receiving. Ask for help. Increase psychic awareness. Know that you're in a learning cycle. Healing is occuring. Be more in your feminine energy. Child conception, pregnancy, or birth, including adoption or favourable custody arrangements, are issues in your life.
For my future, I got the Isolt card: Undying love. Love from your romantic partner is eternal, regardless of outward appearances. You're healing from a breakup. You're healing from some other type of loss. Let go of an old relationship to make room for a new one. The love that you send into the world is an important part of your Divine purpose. Your deceased loved one is happy and sends you love.
The next deck I used was the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins deck. These cards are still pretty new and stick together, so it will be a few readings until they are fully charged with my energy and I trust their readings. But for now, I have drawn the Set Your Sights Higher card: This card indicates that you've been trying to rationalise that some situation is ok... when it isn't. You've settled for less than you desire and for much less than you deserve. You don't need to compromise! Heaven will help you heal, or will replace troubling situations in your life. All you need to do is ask for Heaven's help, and then adhere to the guidance that results. Take time today ot visualise and dream about your true heart's desires. Don't worry about being disappointed - you deserve a great life, and you have the power and the Heavenly help to accomplish it! Fear and worries slow down your manifestation, so keep releasing all cares and doubts to Heaven. You may feel intimidated by moving up to a higher plateau in your journey; however, you have Heaven's reassurance that you're ready. Reach for the stars, know you're qualified and deserving of these gifts, and open your arms to receive them!
The last reading I did was using the Healing With Fairies deck. Again, this is a new deck that I feel isn't properly charged yet. I drew the Look Inside yourself card: You've been trying to find satisfaction through outside sources such as material possessions or relationships. You're also looking for help from other people. The fairis ask you to look within for the answers you need.

Fertility
My period is due in 2 days and I'm trying to get pregnant. I've been wearing my fertility bracelet, or have had it near me (such as on the bedside table) for almost a week now. It has moonstone (assists with conception), garnet (stone of love, commitment and devotion, increases fertility), jade (enhances fertility and aplifies sexual performance), rose quartz (increases fertility), and clear quartz (amplifies the energies of the other stones). Today I have also been carrying a piece of moonstone in my pocket (close to my sacral chakra).
I'm dying to do some card readings, especially with my new cards, but will have to wait until James has gone back to work. He is so negative towards spiritual things, so I just keep the peace by choosing to do my readings when he's not home. It helps me concetrate more anyway - right now as I'm writing this, he's working in the backyard and I feel on edge, like he'll catch me or something. Some may argue that perhaps I should be with someone who shares my beliefs, but I disagree - while a bit of tolerance would be nice, no one is perfect, and he's a wonderful husband in every other way. We're bound to disagree on something, so this seems to be it.
I'm also dying to do more research - I want to learn more about aromatherapy, divinity, and so much more. But I will have my time. In the meantime, I'll enjoy my husband's company and hope that Aunt Flo doesn't come to town on Monday!
